Complaints handling

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us. We always strive to offer a good and suitable solution. If contact with us does not lead to a solution, then it is possible to register your dispute for mediation at Foundation WebwinkelKeur. From 15-02-2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints with the ODR platform of the European Commission (http://ec.europa.eu/odr). If the complaint is not yet under consideration elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint with the platform of the European Union.
