With us you always have fast delivery. Order on a working day before 16:00 and we will ship the delivered the same day.

Of course we would like you to receive the order in all good order. That is why we package every order in a well-sealed and filled box, so that your products always arrive in good order. If something happens on the way with the package, we will be happy to help with a suitable solution.

Track and Trace code

We will keep you informed as clearly as possible about the status of your order:
The order ... You receive ...
... has been received in good order.... an order confirmation by e-mail.
... has been processed.... a packing confirmation by e-mail.
... has been transferred to PostNL.... the Track and Trace code by e-mail.
As soon as the package has left our warehouse, you can follow it via the PostNL package code on the PostNL website. You can find this code in the shipping confirmation. You will not find a parcel code in the shipping confirmation for the smaller products that are sent as letter mail. You can not track these shipments via the PostNL website.

Received wrong product

Of course always very annoying when you have received a wrong product. If you have ordered the right product, we will fully reimburse all shipping costs. Never return a wrongly delivered product directly, but contact us. We will then provide a free PostNL label for returning as soon as possible and of course you will receive the correct product(s) as soon as possible.
