Place an order

Why do it difficult if it is easy? Ordering something on Antalus shop is done like that. Within a few easy steps you decide what you want to order, how you want to pay and where you want to receive the order.
  • Place the product in your shopping basket by clicking on the green order button.
  • You will see a window with the product of your choice. Click on the green button called "Checkout" or click on the gray button "Continue shopping" if you want to order another product.
  • If you already have an account, you can log in by clicking on "login". If you do not already have an account, you can fill in the form and click "Continue".
  • Select the payment method of your choice and click on "Finish order".

You will now be redirected to the payment method of your choice. These payment methods each have their own instructions. Follow this well and after completing the payment you will automatically reach the correct page. On this page you will see an overview of your data and the product information. You will also receive this information by e-mail.

Reflection period

Do you want to return a product? Then you can notify us within 30 days of receiving the product. After this you will be given another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the shipping costs for returning from you to Antalus shop are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Antalus shop with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. Did you put the product into use but did not meet your requirements? We will then also offer you a suitable solution in the form of a partial remuneration.

Change/cancel order

Do you want to change or cancel an order? Please contact us as soon as possible. As long as the order has not left our warehouse yet, we can amend or cancel it directly for you.

Is the order already on the way? Then you can best refuse the order. You then inform the postman that you do not want to accept the order. PostNL will then return the order to us. Once we have received this return, we will contact you immediately in order to find a suitable solution. Refusing an order is free of charge. Did you accept the order with the postman? Then the shipping costs are for your own account.

Stock statuses

When you want to order a product, you also want to know if it is in stock. We work with a live stock status, so you can always be sure that a product is in stock when you place an order. Below you can see the different stock statuses we use. These stock statuses can also always be found on the page of the product itself.
In stock
The product is in stock and can be delivered immediately. When you place the order before 4 pm, the order will be shipped the same day.
Sold out
The product is (temporarily) out of stock. Would you like more information about the deliverability of a sold out product? Then contact us.
The product is not in stock, but you can order in advance. Below the green order button is the date on which you can expect the postman with your order. You must, however, take into account the following pre-order conditions:
  • You must always prepay a pre-order order
  • The order is only sent when all products are in stock. Would you like to receive in-stock products immediately? Order them separately from the pre-order.
  • The indicated delivery date is an indication. In rare cases it may happen that a pre-order date is postponed. You will of course always be kept informed of any changes to the delivery date.
  • It is always possible to cancel a pre-order. You will receive the full purchase amount back within 3-8 business days.
